CPU-Controlled 450 W 144 Mhz Power Amplifier with Gi7B-Triode

Features:

- Pin-Diode HF Switch, no coax-relay and no sequenzer needed.
- Pin-Diode Switch can be mounted on PA or at the Antenna (with two coax-cables for RX and TX)
- CPU-Controlled Input-Power, Output-Power and SWR-Protection
- CPU-Controlled Switch-on delay for filemant and highvoltage
- Idle current can be switched off during rx or for FM oder WSJT

Since this project is not really finished there is no description available. Please mail me if you are interessted in the meassurements of the Cavity or the Home-made Tube socket. You can find more detailed plans for some parts of the PA, like the 144 MHz low pass filter and the PIN-Diode HF-Switch on the Webside of DJ9KW.
